F2 GOAHull System - Adhesive Base Coat & Hydrophobic Top Coat
Two-layer fouling-release coating with 5+ years of biocide-free protection
The F2 GOAHull coating system consists of two specialized layers that work together to provide a slick, durable, and long-lasting shield against marine growth. One coat of each replaces traditional bottom paint, making your hull virtually unattachable by fouling organisms.
Layer 1: F2 Adhesive Base Coat
A heavily pigmented coating that bonds tenaciously to your primed hull, creating a sealed foundation for the top coat.
Strong Bonding
Forms dual chemical and mechanical adhesion to primer and top coat.
Pigmented & High-Build
Solid color finish ensures full coverage and fills minor imperfections.
Flexible & Durable
Stays resilient under hull flex, UV, and chemical exposure.
Layer 2: F2 Hydrophobic Top Coat
A clear, ultra-slick finish that repels water and fouling, making organisms perceive the hull as liquid.
Ultra-Smooth Finish
Glass-like surface with no pores for organisms to latch onto.
Hydrophobic & Non-Stick
Beads water and sloughs off slime or dirt with vessel movement.
Chemical Bonded & Flexible
Molecular bonding to base coat ensures no peeling, with hull flex.
UV-Stable & Clear Finish
Crystal-clear top coat with UV inhibitors and optional tinting.
Benefits of F2 Hull Coating
Long-Term Fouling Resistance
5+ years of biocide-free protection, no annual haul-outs.
Improved Speed & Fuel Efficiency
Reduced drag for higher speeds and lower fuel burn.
Lower Maintenance & Easy Cleaning
Smooth surface wipes clean; no sanding or painting.
Environmentally Friendly
No toxins or biocides released into sensitive waters.
Safe in All Waters
Performs equally in salt, brackish, and freshwater environments.
Application Summary
After priming, roll on one coat of Adhesive Base Coat, allow ~3 hours to dry, then apply one coat of Top Coat. Boats can relaunch within 36 hours; full cure occurs underwater over 12 weeks. See datasheet for detailed instructions.
